What is in a few words the E-DNA® concept?
Corporate E-DNA®.... similar to the DNA of the Mother Nature..., it is used as a based intelligence model to create and generate Enterprises DNA´s … i.e.… it was set as an innovated concept of Enterprise's DNA entitled "E-DNA®".
E-DNA® , alike to the Mother Nature which use Nucleus-Base to identify the Core, Hart and Spirit of the cell is using as centered principle to create a similar model setting the Nucleus - Corporate - Cell Business to classified corporate main and key substances, material elements, essential relationship factors, internal and external n-dimensional vector and forces, dynamic energy magnitudes, value add stream feature, mapping position and Core Company genetic Business Code as an essential and other ones to customize the prototypical E-DNA® of the company. Those are structured in heuristic and stochastic model environment to determinate the genetic code of the enterprise.
The essence of the E-DNA® identified inside the company is set and assembled in two levels. The first level is integrated of Units Business Cores which incorporated the second level conformed of essential substances like: resources, forces + energy transformation, relationships, stream strings enhance, innovation and manufacturing conversion level, efficiency and efficacy process, value add, intelligence and many more. As an example of one Unit Business core such as manufacturing area, which in this case has the following second level:

Each Unit Business created a second level related with the other ones core units business setting a very complex relationship network. This make very difficult to identify best performance process, minimum energy usage, high productivity, value add, profitability, lean process and others key performance of the company. E-DNA® is a model that identify the essential substance and complex network relationships, concurrent forces and other topics of the Core and Substance of the Company. All with the objective to create the Enterprise DNA.
